Of her work she says:
"When it comes to creating, very simply
put, nature most often is my inspiration. Morning dew drops on
a rose petal, how the sunlight or moonlight creates the sparkling
and shimmering effect on the ocean or perhaps a tranquil scene
of palm trees gently blowing in the breeze -- those are just
a few things that I look for when taking photographs that will
ultimately be used for my paintings.
My intent is not to make a social statement, rather to convey
a feeling, emotion, or perhaps a memory for the observer. If what
I feel while I'm creating a piece can be conveyed even in the smallest
amount, then I have accomplished what I set out to do.
Art is to the eyes what music is to the ears.
I want to create symphonies for people to enjoy."
